There are two main Leadership Retreats through MAFA Programming

Winter Leadership Retreat (WLR)
 
These retreats are aimed at current and potential leaders of Filipino and Asian-American organizations within the Midwest. It is a retreat focusing on building leadership skills, fostering friendships, and celebrating cultural diversity within the MAFA community. Members of each organizations’ executive board are highly encouraged to attend. This is an excellent opportunity for growing leaders in your organization to network and grow together through workshops and activities.
